Researchers don’t just ‘do’ research. To be successful, they need to articulate ideas and outcomes in a way that engages the interest of relevant audiences.

This is tall order. Researchers need to be creative producers of succinct prose, focused speakers, cool-headed editors and realistic project managers. Increasingly, they also need to be able to communicate with people outside their discipline. This often involves ‘translating’ research outcomes in a way that captures the imagination of non-specialists.

In short, researchers need to wear many hats.  My mission is to help them wear these hats with flair. I specialise in supporting researchers to transform complex content into lucid communication.
